The 15 cm high legs have an adjustment range of 3 cm for better stability. Large lower cabinet provides enough space for kitchen utensils and other items. The durable casing made ofstainless steel is very durable and easy to clean. The power of the pasta machine is 18 kW, it is powered by a three-phase power connection with a voltage of 400 V. Precise temperature control allows you to optimally prepare the pasta. Integrated overheating protection ensures safe operation. The temperature is regulated in the range of 30-100 degrees Celsius. Simple filling and drainage is possible thanks to the tap, inlet hose in the cabinet and drain with a ZG 1/2 connection. The pasta cooker belongs to the Pro 73 series, thanks to its depth of 73 cm, it is compatible with many other kitchen appliances from this series. So it offers a lot of setting options. Six pasta baskets and two separate water containers measuring 30 x 45 x 17 cm allow you to prepare different amounts of pasta at the same time. The minimum and maximum water level markings are clearly visible. Baskets help portion the pasta according to the customer's wishes.
