Stamos Soldering professional lab power supply was designed to convert AC into DC with a selected voltage. This gives the opportunity to provide electricity to various devices used for scientific purposes, industry or telecommunications industry. The usability of the equipment is due to the channel with voltage up to 30 V, output current up to 5 A and with ports plus and minus.
The channel is equipped with three operating modes. Two of them involve manual indication of parameters according to needs. The last requires programming the settings by the computer. For this purpose, the device has been equipped with a RS232 port and a USB cable. With their help, you can connect the power supply to the computer. The necessary software has been saved on the CD included in the kit.
Control over the operation of the power supply is enabled by 2 clear LED displays. They show four-digit values relating to voltage and current and their units. In addition, the LEDs inform about panel lock and active protection system. Convenient knobs and buttons are used for control. Thanks to them, you can precisely set the right values, determine the mode of operation.
The safety of the user is ensured by a special system that turns off the power supply when it reaches too high temperature. In addition, an overload protection system and a panel lock were used to prevent accidental changes in settings. In addition, the equipment is quiet, which significantly affects the comfort of work.
