The HENDI sauce heater with a 3 l capacity disperser heats and dispenses thick sauces with high stickiness. Maintains the temperature needed to prepare a liquid sauce, icing or chocolate. The housing, the spring in the dispenser and the mechanical system are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the lower part of the dispenser is made of polypropylene. The heater is hygienic and easy to clean, thanks to the possibility of disassembling the cover, pump dispenser and sauce container. Two locks in the lid prevent opening during dispensing. Sensor protects against overheating - turns on the sound alarm and automatically turns off the heating. The heating temperature can be adjusted by a knob to 90 °C, and the dispenser dispenses sauce in a portion of 35 ml. Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
