The Royal Catering heating site is ideal for keeping you warm and presenting different dishes. In the interior of the pizza heating shop there are 3 shelves for storing and presenting products. Levels with a spacing of 9 cm are inserted on the sides into rails integrated into the housing. If necessary, the distance between the shelves can be changed. Each shelf offers plenty of space thanks to the dimensions of 56,6 x 30 cm. The inside of the heating counter can be heated to a temperature in the range of 30-85 °C by means of a fast and efficient heating element with a power of 1000 W. The equipment is equipped with a precise thermostat. The rectangular shape of the site provides more food space than many slanted models. The housing is made of durable stainless steel. The front and back are made of tempered glass. The front is opened with two sliding glass doors, which take up little space. The solution makes it easier to remove and refill food. There is a drawer for food leftovers in the lower part of the case. It is easy to remove, which improves cleaning. Due to the smooth glass surfaces and the use of stainless steel, no special detergents are required.
