The TRON TX200 Welbach multi-function welding machine is a professional, efficient and high-quality device for various repair and maintenance work. It allows welding with MIG/MAG and TIG Liftarc methods or electrodes in MMA mode up to 200 A at an 80% cycle. It also enables cutting with an integrated plasma cutter 50 A. The basis for the operation of the equipment is the latest inverter technology, which allows a quick change between cutting, MIG / MAG, TIG Liftarc and MMA and reliably uses all technical parameters. Using the digital control panel, the method is selected and the welding current is set. MIG/MAG welding is based on joining with wire placed on the spool in a multi-function welding machine. During operation, the gas protects the weld. Inert gas is used for MIG welding and active gas for MAG welding. High welding quality, efficiency and speed will be used to join steel structures, as well as for smaller works. For welding TIG Liftarc also you need a shielding gas, which is fed directly to the welds by the welding bracket. In the case of plasma cutting, the compressed air is set on an external pressure reducer and a current intensity of up to 50 A is determined. To weld outside, even in a strong wind, use the MMA method. Thanks to the stable current, various metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel or copper can be combined. The Hot Start and Arc Force functions allow for optimum results in MMA welding.
