Individual parts of the raw material may not be larger than 5 mm. In addition, make sure that they contain less than 15% moisture. The optimum value is about 12%. The screw will transport the biomass in the machine to the briquette with heating pipes. The 15000 W motor drives the screw to a speed of 960 rpm. The heating element will reach up to 6000 W, which will allow the raw mixture to be formed at high temperature. As a result, a highly compressed briquette will be produced, which is ideal for storage or further processing.
