Durable grilling pan made of aluminum casting "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series of the Hendi brand is a vessel that will be used at outdoor events, in restaurants, hotels and other catering points. It is characterized by high quality of workmanship and up to 30% energy saving, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.

The body of the grooved pan is made of hard cast aluminum and covered with Whitford® Xylan coating, which prevents food sticking and is resistant to temperatures reaching 250 deg. C. The frying pan design has been enriched with a titanium layer between aluminum and non-stick coating, which makes it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
