The MSW rover allows you to easily and precisely process sheets with a thickness of up to 1,2 mm. For this purpose, it is necessary to equip the upper roll holder with one of the three molds, and the lower one with a suitable die. Use the crank to pull in the metal sheet. For typical applications, the scope of supply includes three pairs of flanged rollers (1.5mm, 3mm, 6mm) and three pairs of ball rollers (4mm, 6mm, 7.5mm). The rover operates mechanically with a crank. It is driven by two handles with a feed width of 460 mm. The rotational movement draws the plates into the hand groove machine and deforms them at the desired time. Due to the long length, only a small muscle strength is needed. The machine processes a large number of sheets without fatigue. The rover was made of chrome steel. The material is very resistant to rust, and at the same time extremely durable. It is ideal for metal working conditions and use in workshops and on construction sites. To facilitate operation, a sheet metal rover can be easily mounted on any workbench thanks to suitable cutouts.
