Oval pan made of cast aluminum "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a vessel designed for frying fish. It will be perfect for restaurants, hotels and other catering outlets. It is characterized by high quality of workmanship and up to 30% energy saving, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.

The pan body is made of hard cast aluminum and covered with Whitford® Xylan coating, which prevents food sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 deg. C. The frying pan design has been enriched with a titanium layer between aluminum and non-stick coating, which makes it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
