The automatic pause function allows you to release aromas and flavors. The heating element has a power of 2500 W and is three-level adjustable: 0-2500 W. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 10-100 °C. Insulation of the boiler ensures energy efficiency. The driven magnetic pump mixes the mash and then the first wort. The double bottom prevents the mash from sticking. Drain tap with integrated filter allows easy wort overflow. The side handles make it easy to carry. The device is equipped with protection against overheating.
