The temperature is adjustable in the range of 10-100 °C. Insulation of the boiler ensures energy efficiency. The magnetically driven pump mixes the mash and then the first wort. The double bottom prevents the mash from sticking. Drain tap with integrated filter allows easy wort overflow. The side handles make it easy to carry.
