Royal Catering's smokehouse is suitable for professional use in restaurants, inns, hotels and agritourism farms. The device has been adaptedfor continuousoperation. The timer is set in the range 0-135 min. Audible alarm signals the end of the set time. The temperature is set using a knob in the range of 0-135deg C, which enables hot smoking (52-80deg C) and smoking with simultaneous baking (above 82deg C). The included hooks and grates allow you to smoke vertically and horizontally. Wood chips are replenished through an opening from the outside, without having to open the door. The burnt ash goes into the container under the bowl, and the dripping fat goes into the drip tray. The device is made ofstainless steel, resistant to corrosion and high temperature.
