The Royal Catering food dehydrator allows you to produce healthy, dried delicacies in a restaurant, bar or store. Removing water by drying makes fruit, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat, last much longer and remain edible. The 40 liter chamber has12 removable stainless steel racksthat provide enough space for drying various food products at the same time. The shelves can be placed at any height with a minimum distance of 3 cm. Thanks to the power of 1000 W, the heating element reaches the desired temperature in the range of 20 to 90 degrees Celsius as quickly as possible. It also keeps it at a constant level thanks to the temperature control system. The 360deg hot air circulation system distributes the heat evenly inside the dryer. This also makes it suitable for refreshing food. Setting the temperature and timer for up to 24 hours is intuitive and user-friendly thanks to the knob on the front. The chamber, like the housing and inserts, is made of stainless steel, is easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows you to view the drying process without having to open the door.
