The MSW brand beading machine allows you to easily and precisely process sheet metal up to 1.2 mm thick. To do this, equip the upper roll holder with one of three forms and the lower one with an appropriate die. Use the crank to pull in the sheet metal. For typical applications, the scope of delivery includesthree pairs of flange rollers (1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) and three pairs of ball rollers (4 mm, 6 mm, 7.5 mm). The beading machine operates mechanically using a crank. The movement is driven by two handles with a feeding width of 460 mm. The rotational movement pulls the sheets into the manual beading machine and at the same time deforms them in the desired way. Thanks to its long length, only little muscle power is required. The machine processes a large number of sheets without fatigue. The gouging machine is made ofchrome steel. The material is very resistant to rust and at the same time extremely durable. It is ideal for metal processing and use in workshops and construction sites. For ease of use, the sheet metal beading machine can be easily mounted on any workbench thanks to the appropriate cut-outs.
