Questions

What is the 500mm tube used for?
It provides additional reach for applying undercoating beneath vehicles, around chassis structures and in suitable recessed areas.
Is the 500mm tube flexible?
No. It is a rigid extended application tube. Fully enclosed cavities may require a separate flexible cavity hose and nozzle.
Does the gun include a material container?
Yes. It includes a metal suction feed cup for compatible undercoating and rustproofing materials.
Is an air compressor included?
No. A compatible regulated air compressor, hose and connection fittings are required separately.
What is the maximum permitted pressure?
The specified maximum pressure is 8 bar. The actual working pressure should be selected according to the coating and application instructions.
Is it suitable for NHOU® rustproofing products?
It is intended for compatible NHOU® oil-based rustproofing and undercoating products. Confirm viscosity and equipment compatibility before application.
Can the gun be used with highly viscous paste-like compounds?
Only use materials approved for this gun and nozzle configuration. Very thick paste-like compounds may require specialist high-viscosity application equipment.
How should the gun be cleaned?
Depressurise the system, empty the cup and clean all material-contact components immediately using a cleaner approved for the applied coating.
Is this tool suitable for beginners?
It is intended for professional and experienced DIY use. Operators should understand compressed-air equipment, coating compatibility, masking and safe spray application.

Verify that the selected rustproofing or underbody coating is suitable for the gun, cup, seals and nozzle.

Prepare the coating

Mix or condition the product according to its label instructions.

Fill the feed cup

Add the required quantity without exceeding the permitted fill level.

Connect the air supply

Attach a suitable regulated compressor using compatible hoses and fittings.

Test the application

Use a test panel to verify material flow, spray pattern and pressure before treating the vehicle.

Apply evenly

Maintain a stable distance and move the tube in smooth, controlled passes.

Protect surrounding parts
