The HENDI 350 automatic slicer is an Italian heavy-duty device that is distinguished by its high 370W engine power, enabling the cutting of hard sausages, cheeses, cold cuts, meat and fish (without bones/bones). Adjusting the cutting thickness allows you to easily achieve the desired results. Perfectly thin or thick slices regardless of the type of product, be it cold cuts or hard cheese. Thanks to the built-in sharpener, the device always offers 100% high-quality cutting. The slicer can be programmed to automatically cut products with constant or variable trolley speed. The casing is made of aluminum and the worktop is made of extruded aluminum sheet. The possibility of disassembling the steel holder made of stainless steel and washing it in the dishwasher allows for easy hygiene. The device has an air-cooled engine with overheating protection.

The slicer meets all safety requirements for devices for professional use, i.e.:

- Setting the knob to the slicing thickness "0#8221" keeps the blade behind its cover,

- Protection against starting when the sharpener is dismantled or the blade cover is removed,

- Possibility to lock and dismantle the trolley only with the blade set to the "0#8221" position thickness,

- Blade protection in the form of a permanently attached ring.
