Designed for the safe use of knives and other cutting tools. It is also safe in contact with food and can be used to hold food while cutting. The vivid blue color increases safety of use - it makes the glove always stand out from the food. The glove is made of Brinix material - a patented yarn with stainless steel. Does not contain glass fiber - there is no risk of transfer of glass particles to food. It can be washed in a drum washing machine at a temperature of up to 85 degrees Celsius, it does not shrink or deform. It has a cut resistance level: F (in accordance with the EN 388:2016 standard).
