The HENDI pancake pan is made of carbon steel, which ensures excellent thermal conductivity, as well as even baking and easy removal of pancakes thanks to a specially designed edge that allows the pancakes to slide off easily. Suitable for various types of cookers (including induction). It is also suitable for use in furnaces. It has a durable, ergonomic handle with a hanging hole. Note: Requires impregnation before first use.
