It perfectly retains heat and distributes it evenly, thanks to which the ingredients are perfectly cooked. When properly impregnated, cast iron becomes non-stick. The holder can be used to hang the cauldron over an open fire. The cauldron has 3 legs, traditional appearance originating from South Africa. Not dishwasher safe.
