The device is used for precise cutting of mass, cakes and mousses into many equal pieces without distortions and strains using mounted strings made of hygienic surgical steel in three variants (22.5 mm / 30 mm / 45 mm). The base frame and string frames are made of black anodized aluminum, and the worktop and plate are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and easy to clean. This model uses specialized hinges made of brass, which are characterized by a long product life, unlike other products available on the market.
