The Tecnoeka convection bakery oven with humidification from the Evolution Next series is a top-quality device - modern, efficient and reliable - ideal for virtually all baking applications. It ensures even heat distribution thanks to the fans, and also offers steam baking with direct water spray onto the fan. The device has solid guides, adapted to 4 sheets of 600 x 400 mm dimensions (not included). The distance between the guides is 83 mm. The casing and the furnace chamber are made of stainless steel. The double-layer glass door is cooled by gravity and opens from the top. The humidification function ensures the preservation of the taste, texture and aroma of delicate baked goods. The stove has two automatic reverse fans with two speeds (main and reduced), cooling of the control elements and LED lighting. The tightness coefficient isIPX3. The temperature is adjustable in the range of 30-260deg C.
