The combi-steam oven from the Millenial Touch Screen Gastro collection 7x GN 1/1 is an electric modern device. Thanks toperformance and reliability – ideal for virtually all cooking and baking applications. It ensures uniform heat distribution thanks to the fans and excellent humidification thanks to the steam function. Thanks topatented Tecnoeka systems, it ensures the highest baking quality. The housing and chamber are made ofAISI 304 stainless steel, the chamber is pressed, with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The furnace has a glazed, ventilated and gravity-fed 2-layer door. Hinges on the right side, with a lock when opening at 60 deg, 90 deg, 120 deg, 180 deg ensure safe operation. The stove is equipped with a condensate drip tray with a drain in the door. It can accommodate 7 GN 1/1 trays (not included in the set), the distance between the guides is 68 mm. The stove has 2 patented solutions: Airflowlogictrade - An innovative solution consisting in a complete redesign of the deflector (fan cover). The effect of this procedure is to improve air circulation, thanks to which the best values ​​​​of uniform cooking are achieved on every level and in every place of the GN container or 600 × 400 mm tray.Humilogictrade - A new humidification system consisting in feeding water directly from the fan. It ensures a high level of humidity and significantly lower water consumption. In this system, steam reaches the inside of cooked dishes, which highlights their natural taste and aroma.
