Using the built-in thermostat you can smoothly regulate the temperature up to 300˚C. The rear and side edges at the lower grill and the removable drip tray make cleaning easier. The upper part of the grill is lifted using a heat-resistant handle and can be locked in any position thanks to a spring mechanism.
