The illuminated gas spit for chicken by Royal Catering with rotating skewers is distinguished by the use of energy-saving technology thanks to the use of an innovative ceramicinfrared burner with a honeycomb structure. This minimizes gas consumption, and thanks to the power of 3 x 5 kW, it enables efficient heat generation, which will allow you to prepare up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat on 3 independently controlled 75 cm long skewers. To achieve evenly tender results and a crispy crust, the distance between the spit and the burner can be individually adjusted. A solid engine with metal gears and a fan cooling the most important components ensure reliable operation. The chicken roaster guarantees safe operation thanks to theintegrated gas valve with thermocouplewhich reliably prevents the flame from going out. High-quality materials, including a solid stainless steel housing and removable tempered glass doors, ensure hygiene, durability and resistance to corrosion and external factors. The chicken grill is pre-adaptedfor I3B/P(50) gas connection, but can be easilyconverted to LPG or natural gasusing the included injector kits.
