The Granitor is equipped with an electronic control panel with the option of selecting cold drinks and granite. In the granita mode, the temperature can be adjusted in the range from -10°C to -2°C. To obtain the slushy effect, only 10% of sugar content in the mixture is enough. The device has two modes: day and night. The removable container and handle facilitate cleaning of the device.
