The HENDI Samurai Japanese mandolin is a high-quality tool for chopping vegetables and fruits with the highest precision. It cuts quickly, but also perfectly thin, thanks to ultra-sharp cutting elements. The cutting thickness can be adjusted using the knob from 0.5 mm to 9 mm and you can choose its type: slices or bars. The Hendi mandolin is also distinguished by its non-stick PTFE coating, on which pieces of vegetables and fruit glide easily, making cutting easier. Its compact size makes it perfect for both professional and home kitchens. The mandolin is equipped with an additional, retractable, wide leg. Thanks to it, you can chop vegetables while holding the mandolin in your hand or place it on the countertop at an angle of 45 degrees. The roller is secured - it is locked in place and does not pose a risk of slipping out. The disassembly shaft position setting is marked on the knob. The flat steel surface is divided into two opening sections, providing easy access to the blades for adjustment, disassembly or cleaning. The elements are made of stainless steel, ABS and polypropylene. The bowl hook and anti-slip feet are made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), ensuring full stability during work.
