KEMOT PROsinus-1000 Uninterruptible Power Supply
Many homes have appliances that make our daily lives easier but require a constant power supply to function properly. During the winter, particular attention should be paid to heaters, pumps, and other systems that keep your home warm. That’s why it’s a good idea to have an emergency power supply in case of a power outage.

- Battery type: 12 V DC
- Input voltage: 190–260 V AC
- Output voltage: 230 V AC ±5%
- Output voltage waveform: pure sine wave
- Battery charging current: max. 20 A
- Switching time: =< 4 ms
Home Emergency Power Supply
KEMOT emergency power systems protect selected devices from power disturbances that could disrupt or interrupt their operation.
Are you wondering which UPS to choose for a gas furnace, or perhaps you’re interested in a UPS for an eco-pea coal or pellet furnace? KEMOT’s PROsinus series is ideal as an emergency power supply for central heating pumps or pumps in fireplace systems, as well as for induction motors or, for example, automation systems using heat convectors and any devices that are extremely sensitive to even the slightest voltage fluctuations. Their advantage is a pure sinusoidal output voltage waveform (supplying the loads), thanks to which the device ensures stable operation, preventing inductive loads from overheating. Together with a 12V battery, they form a complete 230 VAC uninterruptible power supply system.
Home Emergency Power Supply—Applications
- Emergency power supply for furnaces
- Audio/video equipment (TVs, tuners, hi-fi systems, DVD players)
- Household appliances (refrigerators, blenders)
- Power tools (drills, grinders)
- Powering chargers (smartphones, tablets, phones, laptops)
- Pumps, compressors (water, heat, air conditioners)
- Office equipment (fax machines, computers, monitors)
Safe emergency power supply for your home
KEMOT emergency power supplies feature protection against overloads, short circuits, and overvoltage and undervoltage. This ensures safe operation in your home.
Three operating modes
The emergency power supply mode with charging function converts the 12V DC voltage supplied by an external battery into 230V AC voltage and recharges the external battery. Charger mode recharges the external battery. Inverter mode converts 12V DC from the battery into 230V AC.
Fixed-phase emergency power supply
The KEMOT emergency power supply is compatible with devices equipped with phase detection, such as certain models of gas stoves. The phase in our device remains fixed, regardless of whether it is powered from a wall outlet or a battery.
Emergency Power Supply for a Furnace with a Battery
To ensure the highest performance of the KEMOT emergency power supply, you must select the appropriate battery for it. You can determine the optimal battery using the following approximate formula: 100 W load = 10 A battery draw.
The battery for home power supply is not included in the kit. To ensure the best performance of your emergency power supply, choose a Rebel or Vipow battery.
Easy-to-read LED display
KEMOT PROSinus UPS units are equipped with a clear LED display that shows the device’s current operating status. On the display, you can check, among other things, the input and output voltage levels and the frequency. What’s more, you can also quickly check the load level and battery charge level.
