Directional DVB-T/T2 HEVC antenna for terrestrial TV reception, capable of receiving MUX 8. The professional MCTV-855 directional antenna is equipped with an LTE filter that eliminates interference from cellular networks providing high-speed Internet services in the 800 MHz band. In recent years, several thousand stations supporting the LTE standard in the 800 MHz band have been established in Poland. The upper end of the television band is in the immediate vicinity of the 800 MHz LTE band. This can result in interference with digital terrestrial television reception. The TV picture may freeze, or colored stripes and squares may appear on the screen. The MCTV-855 antenna, thanks to its LTE filter, blocks unwanted signals above 790 MHz and is therefore immune to the LTE interference described above.

The antenna is equipped with an additional dipole that enables reception of VHF channels, allowing for reception in the 170–230 MHz band, which in turn enables reception of MUX 8—where new programs and DAB+ digital radio are broadcast.
