The HENDI Mastervide immersion circulator for sous vide cooking is an excellent tool that quickly and effectively heats up to the desired temperature. The sensors maintain a stable temperature with an accuracy of 0.1°C, ensuring that each product is cooked perfectly and retaining its full flavor. The temperature can be set up to 95deg C and the timer can be set up to 99 hours in 1 minute increments, providing everything you need for sous vide cooking. The circulator has been designed to fit any round or square container/pan with a minimum depth of 15 cm and a maximum capacity of 56 liters. You can set the temperature and time on the easy-to-use control panel. The propeller operates continuously to ensure a stable water temperature throughout the tank. The device has a low water protection that turns the device off if the water level is too low and a temperature sensor that prevents overload and overheating. Durable casing made of stainless steel and glass fiber reinforced polyamide.
