Robust aluminum cast pan "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series The Hendi brand is a vessel designed to fry pancakes. It is perfect for restaurants, hotels and other catering facilities. It is characterized by high quality of production and up to 30% energy savings, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.
The body of the pan was made of hard aluminum casting and coated with a Whitfordreg Xylan coating that prevents food adhesion and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The design of the pan has been enriched with a layer of titanium between aluminum and non-stick coating, making it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
