The professional industrial pellet machine by Wiesenfield is used to produce pellets, animal feed and granules from various organic materials. The granulator allows you to use wood sawdust, straw, nut shells, rice husks or paper. They are placed in a special matrix with holes of 6 mm in diameter, where they are exposed to high pressure and temperature (60-80 degrees Celsius). Some materials require the use of special binders. The pellet machine is capable of producing300-400 kg of feedand130-180 kg of sawdust pelletsper hour. The efficiency of the device was achieved thanks to power take-off shaft connected to a tractor with a power of 15-28 HP.
