Professional Induction Pan from the Profi Line series Hendi brands are a dish that can be used in restaurants, hotels, bars and other restaurants or catering facilities. It is characterized by high quality of production and up to 30% energy savings.
The body of the pan was made of hard aluminum casting and coated with a Whitfordreg Xylan coating that prevents food adhesion and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The design of the pan has been enriched with a layer of titanium between aluminum and non-stick coating, making it much more resistant to mechanical damage.
