The Prismafood spiral mixer with a fixed bowl efficiently mixes heavy dough at 2 speed levels. The spiral shape ensures a perfectly uniform dough. It is perfect for pizzerias and bakeries, for example. The massive and durable casing is made of white lacquered steel, and the bowl, safety cover and spiral are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The grated safety cover makes it easier to add ingredients during operation. A microswitch stops the operation of the device when the safety cover is opened. The mixer has a chain driveensuring efficient operation

and 2-speed knob for changing the mixing speed. The second gear allows for greater hydration and even better kneading of the dough.
