The Prismafood spiral mixer is suitable for professional use in pizzerias, bakeries, confectioneries, dumplings, and donut shops for kneading heavy dough. Its massive and durable housing is made of white lacquered steel. The bowl, safety cover and spiral are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The grated cover makes it easy to add ingredients while working. For safety, the device has a safety cover microswitch that stops the device when it is opened. Chain drive ensures efficient operation of the mixer. The Oil gear guarantees quiet operation of the device. A specially designed blade allows for excellent uniformity and aeration of the dough. The mixer has a built-in timer and wheels (2 with brakes) for convenient use. Raised head and removable bowl make work easier.
