The DUAL HENDI tray sealer is made of durable 18/10 stainless steel with a reinforced frame. Durable ball bearings are installed in all moving elements: the cover/body, the clamping arm and the pressing system. Two powerful heating plates ensure quick heating. The warm-up time after starting up to full operational readiness is approx. 8-10 minutes. The welding machine is suitable for foil rolls up to 420 mm wide. Colorful LEDs make it easier to monitor the device's operation. Anti-overheating lock and a redesigned lid mechanism are used for easier and smoother operation. Holes in the housing facilitate removing the tray after welding.
