The Hendi automatic water softener will extend the life of catering equipment. An ion exchange process takes place in the softener in which calcium and magnesium ions, responsible for water hardness, are captured by the ion exchange resin located inside the softener. It reduces the costs of servicing catering equipmentby effectively preventing the build-up of scale in them.
