16 liters each (3 kg of fries). The fryer has a high heating power of
2 x 6000 W. Each chamber is powered separately and has a separate heater. Preparing a portion of fries (100-150 g) takes only 2.5-3 minutes. Thermostats are responsible for precisely setting the temperature at a specific level (max. 200deg C) and turn off the power consumption if it is exceeded. Removable baskets, heating elements and drain taps can be easily removed, which makes it easier to keep clean.
