The durable cast aluminum grill pan "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a vessel that will be used at outdoor events, restaurants, hotels and other catering outlets. It is characterized by high quality of workmanship and up to 30% energy savings, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.
The body of the grooved pan is made of hard cast aluminum and covered with a Whitfordreg Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The structure of the frying pan has been enriched with a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the non-stick coating, thanks to which ismuch more resistant to mechanical damage.
