The capacious compartment can accommodate up to 20 knives. The sterilizer is made of very strongstainless steel, the door is made of strongplexiglass, and a specialfilter is placed on its surface. The device has a timer that allows you to set the operating time of the UV illuminator up to 60 min.

The built-inUV lamp is responsible for thorough sterilization of the knives. The light it generates destroys up to 99% of harmful microorganisms. Remember to be careful! UV radiation can cause eye damage and burns. Never look directly at the light and do not expose your skin, plants or animals to it.
