Hendi's French fries baking basket makes it easier to prepare perfectly crispy fries or vegetables in the oven without using oil. The reinforcement makes the basket safe to use in a convection oven, and the specially designed wavy bottom of the basket ensures non-sticking of baked food. The net is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the frame and handles are made of stainless steel. The mesh size is 7 x 7 mm. The baking surface measures 450 x 255 mm. The basket is resistant to temperatures up to 200°C. It is not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
