The Royal Catering electric chopper allows you to cut and mince vegetables, fruit or cheese. It is suitable for restaurants, hotels, bars, canteens and households. The device hastwo holes for inserting food products. The round inlet is intended for long and narrow vegetables (e.g. carrots, parsley). The oval one will work for larger items of various shapes (including potatoes, beets, zucchini). The device is also suitable for chopping some fruits and cheeses. Five interchangeable cutting discs enable quick and accurate cutting of ingredientsinto chips (3, 4.5 and 7 mm) andslices (2 and 4 mm). Thanks to the efficient 750 W motor, the disc rotates at a high speed of 300 rpm. The blades are made of stainless steel, suitable for contact with food, biologically neutral, corrosion-resistant, mechanically durable and easy to clean. They retain their shine even after decades of use. The aluminum casing makes the shredder light and resistant to corrosion and wear.
