The oval cast aluminum frying pan "TITANIUM PROFESSIONAL" from the Profi Line series by Hendi is a vessel designed for frying fish. Perfect for restaurants, hotels and other catering establishments. It is characterized by high quality workmanship and up to 30% energy savings, which is particularly important in the HoReCa industry.
The body of the pan is made of hard cast aluminum and covered with a Whitfordreg Xylan coating, which prevents food from sticking and is resistant to temperatures up to 250 degrees C. The design of the pan has been enriched with a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the non-stick coating, thanks to which ismuch more resistant to mechanical damage.
