The confectionery spatula by Ambrogio Sanelli has been designed to fit standard 400×600 mm confectionery trays. Thanks to its optimal dimensions, perfectly flat shape and a bit of flexibility, the spatula is perfect for spreading mousses, creams, chocolate or icings on silicone molds. Two handles make work much easier and more efficient. The spatula is made of AISI 420 stainless steel and the handles are made of SEBS. Suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
