The KINGHOFF KH-2006 is a functional vegetable mandoline that lets you prepare perfect slices, rounds, or julienne strips in just a few seconds. Equipped with V-shaped stainless steel blades , it guarantees a clean, precise cut without crushing the ingredients.

The smooth thickness adjustment knob allows you to adjust the cut from thin slices to thicker pieces, and the 5 mm julienne function is ideal for creating even strips of carrots, zucchini, or cucumbers. The set includes a protective handle (pusher) that protects your hands and allows for safe slicing right to the very end.
