The Stamos Germany plasma cutter is suitable for plasma cutting in car workshops, commercial metal processing companies and in industrial production. In addition, the plasma cutter also supports DIY enthusiasts in demanding renovation and repair projects. A clear control panel with aLED screenand a pressure gauge informs you about the set parameters. The plasma cutting current is set in the range from 20 to 50 A using the knob. All values are shown on a clearLED display. At maximum power values, the plasma cutter cuts elements up to 15 mm thick. You can check the air pressure using a regulator equipped with a lock. This will prevent accidental changes in the compressed air pressure. You can read the current value on the integrated pressure gauge. Thanks to the optimally selected combination of air pressure and current, you will achieve clean cuts with high precision. The IGBT inverter not only provides high-power voltage output via PWM technology, but also reduces weight and dimensions to a minimum. The burner is ignited using a high frequency, thanks to which you can cut grates and grates with a pilot arc. To avoid oxidation or deformation of the workpiece after cutting, select a gas flow time of 5 or 10 s. The air flow additionally cools the burner and prevents it from being damaged. The basic unit is equipped with a powerful fan that prevents overheating.
