The blade is attached with strong, flat rivets - rivets, unlike traditional screws, ensure higher work hygiene because no residues of cut products accumulate between them. The knurl is slightly curved and perfectly balanced, which translates into more ergonomic work. The handle has a hanging hole, which allows for convenient storage by hanging it on the wall.
