This knife is made of high-quality 18/10 steel with a high carbon content (1.4028/X30Cr13. A key feature of this steel is its resistance to all types of scratches and scuffs, as well as its increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chromium-molybdenum steel, which is exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, and easy to sharpen. The knife was crafted according to traditional methods from a single piece of steel. The handles are ergonomic, covered with a wooden grip, and provide a secure, non-slip grip.
