The HENDI meat maturing cabinet offers a controlled environment for maturing meat, thanks to which you can obtain extremely tender and tasty meat. The cabinet was designed to perfectly reproduce the microclimate used for traditional, natural meat ripening. At the same time, innovative technology enables constant control over the seasoning process by maintaining stable ventilation, regulated air humidity and sterilization. The door glazing is made of 2 layers of low-e coated tempered glass, which increases the energy efficiency of the cabinet by blocking UV radiation and heat from outside. The distilled water container is made of ABS plastic - distilled water must be refilled manually. The device has two alarms: an audible alarm that signals low humidity below 15% and the need to refill water, and an alarm that signals the door remaining open for more than 3.5 minutes. This is a protection against uncontrolled disturbance of the conditions in the chamber. Built-in UVC sterilization lampprevents bacterial growth and guarantees a safe environment for meat. After opening the cabinet door during the seasoning process, bacteria will not have a chance to develop. Cooling forced by a fan ensures an appropriate level of air circulation. The casing, door frame, door handle and accessories are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
