The Sammic Turbo immersion mixer is designed for mixing and grinding food in vessels with a capacity of up to 800 liters. It can be used in high-performance kitchens and even in the food industry. The 600 mm arm is made entirely of18/10 stainless steel. The mixer can move in different directions, is adjustable in height and is mounted on a trolley with 4 non-slip wheels, including 2 with brakes. The safety lever allows you to locking the arm with one hand. Easily accessible, watertight, hinged control panel. Speed regulation on two levels 750 and 1500 rpm. Mixer with built-in timer up to 60 minutes. The turbine, cover, disc and cap are easily dismantled and can be washed in a dishwasher. Thesafety microswitch prevents the turbine from operating when the arm is too high or too low. Electrical cables hidden in the stroller frame. For use with 3 optional and easily replaceablemixing strainers(not included).
