What is included in the set?
The set includes one 400ml MOUSE-OUT Clear aerosol, one 400ml Clear aerosol, one 400ml Black aerosol, two 60cm extension hoses and one reusable comfort-grip handle.
What is the difference between the three sprays?
MOUSE-OUT Clear combines transparent rust protection with rodent-deterrent functionality. Standard Clear provides transparent corrosion protection, while Black leaves a black protective finish.
Does the set require an air compressor?
No. All three coatings are supplied in ready-to-use aerosol cans.
What are the extension hoses used for?
The hoses provide additional reach for applying compatible aerosol coatings inside suitable accessible cavities and enclosed sections.
Can the spray handle be reused?
Yes. Remove it carefully after use and retain it for future compatible aerosol cans.
Does MOUSE-OUT kill rodents?
No. It is a deterrent intended to discourage rodents from entering, nesting in or damaging treated areas.
Can the coatings be applied over existing rust?
They may be applied to suitable lightly rusted metal after loose rust, scale, grease, dirt and contamination have been removed.
Is this set suitable for a complete vehicle?
The 1.2-litre total quantity is best suited for targeted protection, cavity treatment, touch-ups and smaller maintenance work rather than comprehensive treatment of a large vehicle.
Does the coating require maintenance?
Treated surfaces should be inspected periodically and the coating renewed where wear, cleaning or demanding operating conditions have reduced protection.

Safety Information
Read all product labels and the current Safety Data Sheets before transport, storage or application. Aerosol containers are pressurised and must be protected from heat, flames and ignition sources. Use suitable gloves, eye protection and protective clothing, and apply only with adequate ventilation.

Application Guide

How it goes on

Step 1 of 9

Inspect and plan

Identify which areas require MOUSE-OUT, transparent Clear coating or black underbody protection.

Step 2 of 9

Prepare the surfaces

Remove mud, dust, grease, loose rust, flaking material and other contamination.

Step 3 of 9

Protect surrounding parts

Mask brakes, friction surfaces, tyres, exhaust components, air intakes, belts and areas where an oil coating is unsuitable.

Step 4 of 9

Shake thoroughly

Shake the selected aerosol can well before use and periodically during application.

Step 5 of 9

Attach the handle

Secure the ergonomic handle to the aerosol can and verify that the trigger operates the valve correctly.

Apply the selected coating

Spray from approximately 15–20 cm using smooth, controlled and overlapping passes.

Use the extension hose

Attach a compatible 60cm hose when treating accessible cavities and enclosed sections.

Avoid sensitive components

Do not saturate electrical connectors, sensors, terminals or components unless application is permitted by the equipment manufacturer.
